Hello!

I registered back in 2000, but after noticing the email address that I had on file with the forums, I'm worried that I may have used it when registering for my comic's account itself too.

(I'd better quickly recap - I went on a long break, and wasn't even sure if I would ever come back.)

The problem is that the address I used for the boards (and which I fear may have been used when registering for Keenspace) was supplied by my former ISP, and I don't use them any longer. My concern is that I'm unable to get my password reminder/reset emails because the mailing address I'm registered with may no longer exist. *

Please could you recommend the course of action I should take? I'd rather not email the administrators unless it's the only way, as I suspect they're still REALLY busy people - more so now than back in 2000! ;)

Thank you.

* I'm ASSUMING I registered for the comic using the same email that I was registered on the boards with, as I've had no email so far.

I'm afraid the onely way I know of is to PM one of the admins and provide them with information (basically to prove you are who you say you are). If you can convince them then I think they should be able to change the email addy for you.

Drop Kisai or myself a line with this:

Your comic's user name or URL ending in .keenspace.com
Your old email address
Your new email address

We'll see about changing it.

Just to check - Should I have sent it via private message on here (which I did) or should I have emailed it?

Private message is better than e-mailing, because of serious spam issues that make it likely your e-mails will get lost on the way.
