FTP Folder Error

I don't know if this is a problem dealing with Keenspace or not, but I've looked elsewhere with no answer.

When attempting to open up the FTP Folder for my comic, before a window comes up asking for my username and password, an error comes up saying:

FTP Folder Error
Windows cannot access this folder. Make sure you typed the filename correctly and that you have permission to access the folder.

Detials:
A connection with the server could not be established.

As I said before, I've looked around for solutions and couldn't find one that fit me. I thought maybe it was a problem between Keenspace, my connection, and my computer.

I really have no idea what to do. If this was posted before or if this isn't a keenspace problem, I'm sorry.

But any help would be much obliged.

im also getting the same error when i try to ftp in using explorer

when i use flash fxp i just get "connection failed (connection refused)"

my username is timetroup

i tried using the web ftp but its alot easier using a proper client

I'm beginning to think it may be a problem with my computer. I had my friend go to: ftp://Euthanasia.keenspace.com/ and she got a login window. But mine still says it can't establish a connection to the server. It did a week or so ago, I don't know why it's not working.
