I'm having trouble getting started on my comic. I've looked through the gear and around the forums but not found anything of help. My problem is that when I attempt to log on via FTP i get the following error messege:

"530 Login incorrect.
! Invalid username or password for socializedmedicine.keenspace.com"

my password appears to work but for some reason the login name is not working?

I Havent proceded to any other steps as i was making my way down the step by step and ran aground here. I've waited a few days and found no progress. I also tried to get a new password but never received an email.

Username is socializedmedicine, not socializedmedicine.keenspace.com

I thought i did. there were three feilds, the first one was the url, abd for that one i put socializedmedicine.keenspace.com, the second one was username, and i put socializedmedicine, and the third one was the password.

Hm... did you try using web FTP?

i just followed the link and filled out the feilds and again it failed. was i supposed to download anything?

Nope.

If you've already requested a new password, your old one won't work though, and that could be it.

Try requesting again and make sure your mail settings are right.
