can't log in

I've signed up with keenspace and got the confirmation email and the email with my username/password. I tried logging in yesterday, which didn't work. I checked my cookies, which worked. So then I went and changed my password, and today it still doesn't work. What jolly fun

This thing keeps looging me off every few minutes too (meaning the forums). By any chance, would this have anything to do with me not being able to log into the siteadmin thingie?

Sounds like a cookie issue to me. maybe it's a firewall or something that is preventing websites from reading your cookies.

It'd help if you'd let us know more about your setup (ie what browser you are using, platform, firewalls etc)

For the purpose of saving on threads, I have a similar problem. I, too, have gotten a new password and activated it after seeing thatit would not function. However, when I typed my old password in it said that it was invalid but that the form was working.

When I type the new password in, it just goes back to the same page. I don't get the comfort that the form is working. What's going on? Does this mean that I have to update?, because I'm saving that as a last resort. I use my dad's computer and I don't wat to make him have to download something un-nessisarily.

You probably have something deleting the cookies. This happens in Internet Explorer all the time, the only solution for IE is to close all the browser windows and then restart. If you navigate directly from the lost_password page to the login page it will NOT work as the lost_password page immediately expires the cookie.
