What happend to my password?

I have just signed up for Keenspace and cannot get in. I was supposed to get an e-mail when I fist signed up. That was at 5:00 this morning. I then clicked on "Lost Password" and followed the instructions many times to get a new password. It kept saying that it would send me an e-mail and didn't. Then everytime I tried to use the password it failed.

Tell me if you don't understand what I just said. If you do, tell me what I'm doing wrong, please!

It takes up to 24 hours for your password to be delivered.

Ah, I'm such a newbie! Okay, I'll wait till 5:00 and then come here again if it isin't there. Thank's for your help. I thought it was only one hour at first.

Did you make absolutely certain your e-mail address is correct?
