Messageboard question...

Okay, I was wondering...

...since we're currently unable to sign up for a Keenspace board...am I allowed to set up my own Phpbb board and host it using my Keenspace acount?

I mean, the way I see it...I'm using the same amount of your bandwidth either way. Only difference is, I'd be setting the board up instead of you guys.

So, is it allowed...or will I end up in trouble if I do it?

No php or mysql for user accounts. Botching these up could cause security flaws and load problems for keenspace.

War has it right. PHP on the accounts will also mess up AutoKeen, so it's best to keep it disabled on the accounts.

However, I am working on getting this here ready to add forums. Unfortunately, this looks like to involve removing 500+ forums, a number I am not comfortable with.

Just think of it as 8+ forums, it's a lot less intimidating but just as true.
