want to post a comic soon! need help!!!

Watsup guys! im thinking of starting a comic sometime soon, and i need to know how to post (and make) a webcomic. Do you like put one of your hand drawn comics through a scanner or somethin'? Do i need any specific softwares or programs? Please answer soon!

lol, i dont think u realize the situation very well. u see, im completely new to the whole putting files on internet. i know almost nothing about internet files and ftp and all that stuff. im only an 8th grader, though im taking an html class in 9th grade. my friends said it was easy to put things on the internet, and it looked easy to. how do i get the comics on my comp. in the first place????? someone give me a good answer to my q's! (or should i just wait a year to put my comics on after html class????)
