Hi, everyone. I applied for a keenspace account a few months ago, but thought my application had been refused because I never received a reply.

A few days ago, however, I discovered that my name had been added to the keenspace author database, which, of course, made me do a little dance of joy.

The problem is that I still haven't been sent the login details for my account, i.e. I can't upload anything to my site and even though my name's in the database, I can't work on my webcomic.
Is there anything I can do? Can my account be "fixed" (if my application has really been accepted, that is)? Any help would be very much appreciated, lots of thanks in advance.

Aargh. (No, I'm not mad at you or anything. Just a little tired and crabby)

Back before we had the Keenspace Crash, we had the lost password facility, but that went down with the server and isn't working last I checked.

The best you can do is IM Kisai, the admin, and let her know about situation. Make sure you provide enough details to convince her you're you. With that you should be able to get the info you need.

Let's seee, Februrary 14th what happened/where was I ... oh right that was a friday and I had to take the car in for serive so I didn't see the forums much,or at all that day from what I remember.

The email for phxl.keenspace.com is the same as the one you used for this forum account, if you aren't getting the email, then use a free email like yahoo
