Webalizer problems.

I've brought this up in other threads. At first it wasn't a big deal, but I think I'd like to be able to access it at some time or another. Anyway, I can't get into my webilizer log. I've clicked all the links I can find that lead to it, but when they ask for my user name and password it doesn't work. They work fine on everything else, I just can't access my logs. What should I do?

That's strange. I've tried them for both my account and HNTRAC, both work fine.

Have you tried just

I've always had to log in twice. Don't know why.

The correct adress is http://members2.keenspace.com/generationomega/logs. Is that the page you said the password don't work?

Neither work. And I've tried logging in three times, and it just says 'Authorization Required blah blah' Basicly an error page cause something is wrong. My password works fine everywhere else though. I can log in at http://siteadmintest.keenspace.com/cgi- ... /login.cgi though. That works fine. That's why I don't know if it's just a password problem.

Sorry, I don't normally 'bump' my own threads, but I would REALLY like an answer to this. It's starting to frustrate me that I can't view my statistics even though my username and password work everywhere else. I just don't want to fill this forum with needless repeated posts of the same question.

That should be http://members2.keenspace.com/generationomega/logs/
You're on YDK so everything is 2 (siteadmin2, guide2, members2, etc)
I really can't say why it's not working. I haven't had any trouble getting in lately and I'm on the same server.

Nope, this was a server issue, for some reason it was generating code (again) that was for boardy and not YDK... Anyways all the YDK sites are getting an update for it. So it'll be fixed in a few minutes.
