Unable to access site maintenance, FTP, and domain

It seems that my account, http://ronnieraccoon.keenspace.com , is still up after the crash/virus fiasco, but the members maintenance page and my FTP, as well as the connectivity to my domain name, ronnieraccoon.com, is still broken and inaccessible. I expected that it would be fixed by now, but it's still not, so I decided to ask for help. Can anyone give me information, or point me to someone who can give me information towards fixing this matter? Thanks a lot, in advance.
