Well, a 403 forbidden error means that you don't have permission to access that directory(in this case your root/public directory) has nothing in it. Can you ftp into your account? if so check the properties of the public_html folder and see if it can be read by All Users. If that's not it, try putting an index.html file in as a placeholder and see if that loads.

Otherwise, you got my same problem and you should start praying.

I get that too with my comic Aurora Cab
http://auroracab.keenspace.com/
It happened just after the server move.

you can upload the index.html into your public_html directory.

but it won't be much help (it's only to check if the site works)- without autokeen/access to memberpage you have to create all the html on your own, and then upload the files into their respective places.
of course with a big archive like yours manually creating the html files is out of question. I suggest writing some simple program to do that automaticaly.

I get the same!
My comic is Aurora City (Just below Aurora Cab on the list :D )
I have absolutely no files in my FTP folders, that's why I get a 403 error I guess (Keenspace denies directory listing, so any changes of mode won't work).
Are they just being transferred? How much longer will it take? Most comics are already working again, why isn't mine? Data loss?

Can any admin tell us what is going on?

I think i already replied to a few of these...
the data was lost when a virus crashed the server during the file transfer. You'll have to reupload all your data. This means that if the cgi script isn't working then yeah you should write your own program to write all the pages (it should only take about 5 min to write). If you didn't keep backups of your comics then Seven3 has something that might save your sanity <a href="viewtopic.php?t=47848">here</a>

I'm glad I kept a backup, I'll just have to wait till the update thing is working again. It sounds like when it went down it really went down.
