I tried e-mailing there to get a new password but it rejected my e-mail. Am I doing something wrong?

ok, maybe I'm stupid, but maybe someone should set up a new adress for help.
like help2@, or whelpu@ or help_reborn@ or something, it would be spam free for first week or two. I know there are a lots of problems with everything, but some means of contact is quite an important thing.

A feedback form would be even better (it can be made pretty much spam proof), but neither idea is likely to happen any time soon; they don't read the forums, and they're still tied up getting the servers sorted out.
