Dead in the water

This seems to be happening to others as well, just tossing my hat in as well. My site has not responded to updating and I can't access the Keenspace local FTP site to check things out. I've tried checking the site mentioned to look for anything in red but also get a black page with a 404 error telling me not to be poking around. What' going on?
