I signed up with Keenspace two months ago and I haven't ever gotten an email explaining how to start using my account. I've also checked the "in queue" program, or something, and apparently my account ("Toasted") is not in the queue, so it was either never done or is done and I just never got an email.
What's...going on...?

to get a new password sent to you (if you never got one, this'll give you one)
also just a warning, be careful and case sensitive, keenspace knows the differece between cases
