serious update problems

I sent this e-mail to keenspace@keenspace.com last night
"I had some problems when trying to update my hom page. I added the new tags that I wanted to index.html and put it on the ftp server, then went to my members space and requested a download. I started as #1` on the queue, then was pushed back to 24 when I hit the refresh button (on the page that tells you what # you are in the queue) to see how it was doing. The number kept fluctuating between 1, 2 and3, my site was not being updated.
I wnet back and looked at the ftp server, and I found that somehow, there were two copies of my index page file, so I deleted one, and requested an update again. After a simmilar encounter, (this time being pushed back to # 244) I looked again, and discoverd that there was no index.html file at all, so I went back to my comic folder and re-copied it to the ftp server, thsi time making sure there was only one. Then I retried updating again. Two hours later, my site isn't updated.
My site is only two days old. The first comic is schedueled for 11 pm (mst) tonight. The new tags I added for the update were a full date tag, keenspace dropdown, and calendar. I am a bit worried about the update, because the title bar for my home page reads "Orange Penguins - Saturday, December 0," and it is obviously not the 0th day of December.
Sorry if I've caused any problems."
Afterwards, I though I might require a full update, but I wanted to wait until I got a response, and figured I'd get one more quickly here. Sure enough, when 11 PM came, the comic did not show up, and the title bar still said December 0.
In addition to that update, I have also added a graphic for the first day button. Please help.
