I got the stupid thing yesterday and tried it out when I got home from school... and it doesn't work! I was very carful about the cases so I'm pretty sure that that's not the problem. Any ideas? Anyone?

If you read the e-mail carefully, which I'm sure you did, it says it will take 5-8 hours to work. It may take longer. Sit tight, and try in a few hours.
