I was looking at Clan BOB at http://www.clanbob.net/comics/lor and I noticed that in some of the more dramatic episodes, he put in some music. Would it be all right to put in audio in mp3 format? If so, how small would I have to make it? If not, can you direct me to a place that would let me store mp3s for this site?

You can use whatever kind of files you want. But if your account is full of mp3s, just don't expect to be able to have a request for more storage space granted. But, so long as your site stays under the 25 meg limit, you should be fine.
