for some reason, the dedicated ftp program i have as part of my webpage maker no longer will conect to my ftp site. i recently did upload some page changes (after the server change) and everything worked great, now i get some error that says "can not set directory to /workspace/". the comics have been updating just fine, however i can't ftp page changes and new pages.
just in case the signature doesn't work my comic is

Try connecting to the root FTP folder, not workspace.

in the hostname part of the ftp program i have typed "username.keenspace.com" and in the directory i type in "/workspace/" or "/workspace/webpages/" depending on which part of the workspace i want to send it to. then i go to
ftp://username@username.keenpace.com/ sign in and delete the redundant files, then update. i'm sure there is an easier way, but it has worked until now and i have no idea how to use the new ftp program on keenspace. i looked at it and felt clueless.

What prog are you using?
What I'm saying is don't tell the FTP to go directly to "workspace"; navigate there yourself. It's a long shot but frankly I don't see why this wouldn't work.

Hey everyone

I was able to access via FTP through the new local ftp site. So far so good.

Big thanks go out to Scott and Kelly!
