Strange bugs on homepage

Here's a stumper--When I go straight to my site, it shows up fine--but then I go somewhere else and hit the back button, and my site shows up how it looked a few days ago. Is this something I can fix? How?<P>------------------

Empty your browser's cache and change your settings. Some older Netscape browsers suck particularly hard in this area.<P>------------------

Well, I've tried a couple different times to repeat your problem w/ IE, and it's worked fime every time. I still suspect your cache.<P>------------------
