Except--and herein lies the problem--will the administrators ever find this on the message board?
--jwh
------------------

Hey, what's the chance of getting a forum specifically for special events.
For example, the upcoming New Years Eve event has created a large number of threads on the main discussion board, most of which are for groups that I'm not involved in, yet the rest of us still have to wade through them.
Hopefully there will always be some Keenspace event going on and this would be a perfect place to generate event specific threads.
Hope this helps.
Mark
------------------

Well, the Conspiracy already has a forum, but nobody's posted in it for about two weeks. Very possibly because there's no strips up yet. A generic "Event" forum could wind up getting clogged with all sorts of posts, epecially if there's more than one event going on. Of course, there'd be less stuff to slog through, and would all be event-related. There's probably a benefit to it, in the long run. As for getting one set up, couldn't we just put a message in the forum thread?
------------------

I think that's a VERY good idea indeed. It WOULD be a big help for organising stuff like the Party 2001.
Mab
