To my knowledge, this is not the same issue as described in o o o Can't Log into SiteAdmin? Read this thread! o o o. Earlier this past week, I was able to access SiteAdmin and use it fine.

However, yesterday, I tried to sign in (using the same information I had previously been using with success) and received the following error message:
An error has occured
The FTP module of PHP is not installed.

The administrator of this website should install this FTP module. Installation instructions are given on php.net

Go back or Go to the login page

View technical details
When I viewed the technical details, they said:
The error occured in file /home/space/siteadmin/public_html/net2ftp/includes/filesystem.inc.php on line 34.
function ftp_openconnection (/home/space/siteadmin/public_html/net2ftp/modules/browse/browse.inc.php on line 232)
function net2ftp_module_printBody (/home/space/siteadmin/public_html/net2ftp/includes/main.inc.php on line 323)
function net2ftp (/home/space/siteadmin/public_html/net2ftp/index.php on line 65)
argument 0: printBody
Is anyone else having this problem? Does anyone know what this means?

Stuff is being rebuilt, please check back daily until it's resolved.

I hope the rebuilding is done soon :( My comic didn't update, and when I try to login to siteadmin, I get--
Warning: Illegal offset type in /home/space/siteadmin/public_html/mysql4.php on line 172

Warning: Illegal offset type in /home/space/siteadmin/public_html/mysql4.php on line 173
Forum Username Emichan not valid!
You must have a ComicGenesis Forum login (or you entered a bad username or password, it is CASE SENSITIVE.)

Please see below for possible correct spellings:

Warning: Illegal offset type in /home/space/siteadmin/public_html/mysql4.php on line 172

Warning: Illegal offset type in /home/space/siteadmin/public_html/mysql4.php on line 173
Any idea how long this might last?

Emi

Well the "siteadmin" itself is still broken, ftp should be working, and (auto)updating should be working.

The problem with the siteadmin has to do with depreciated functions in php, so it'll take some time to fix correctly. Right now the errors that show up are because the queries being used are returning blank data.

I've repaired the siteadmin by installing the previous mysql library used, however I still reserve the right to rewrite it better.

Everything -should- be working now, but I need people to actually tell me that they can login to the forums, siteadmin and ftp.

siteadmin is working (for me it never stopped working), but quickadmin is still giving me errors and net2ftp now has a completely different site layout, and when i try to login i get 'enter an FTP server'

Okay well after that sitewide outage, sitemadmin is still working, quickadmin is still throwing up errors, and net2ftp finally gave me a spot to input the FTP server, so now that's working too.

FTP, SiteAdmin, and my comic page are working for me again. Yay!

My comic didn't update last night despite midnight passing and hitting regular update last night. I think maybe that part of the system is still gunked up because it's showing an ever-increasing queue and it hasn't updated in hours since the last time I uploaded something.

Currently 13 people in the queue, with no signs of movement.

In fairness, it's been years since the last time I can remember something like this happening, and I certainly appreciate that. Thanks guys. But I do hope you can get this fixed soon so my comic can update.

The queue was at 10 when I went to update, and it's currently at 14. But this has happened several times before and it's been a long while since the last time. Things will eventually get moving again.

Yeah this used to happen frequently, we've had a good couple years recently so I think we can be patient.

Hi, I'm sure you're aware, but the updater is still down. The queue is at 18.

The SiteAdmin is not working for me. The login page is available, but the only login fields available for entry are Username and Password. There is a label for FTP Server and the site gives me an error that I should enter one, but there is no field available to provide one.

General FTP seems to be working for me, except that the comic and page changes I uploaded have not yet taken effect. The comic has been there since June 7, and the page changes had been also been uploaded June 7, though I uploaded them again yesterday (June 9) when I noticed that their changes were not visible.

To summarize:
- I can log into the forums.
- I can log into FTP.
- I cannot log into SiteAdmin.
- Though I can use FTP, my site does not process the changes as of the past week.
- It looks, from other posts in this thread, that others experience similar issues.

I hope this narrows down the issues. Thanks for working on this!

That's not siteadmin, deerme. that's the old net2ftp. Just go to net2ftp's main site and it'll let you put in the server name (ftp.comicgenesis.com)
updating still isn't working though

Okay, thanks.

For anyone else who may have been using the same site I was (at least one other person posted a similar problem, so I assume was using the same link), the one that worked for me just now is http://www.net2ftp.com/index.php

Kind of beginning to lose my patience, I'd be placated if I could hear it was definitely being worked on.
