FTP WOES

It's still not working... and that doesn't make any sense. I use IE, by the way.------------------

Hey Seven 3... thanks for your help. Umbaglo... you're a putz.At any rate, I ended up having to do a system restore on my computer. It ended up doing the trick.------------------

Since I've set my computer up at my parent's house I ended up losing a lot of stored site addresses. I've tried about ten different combinations for my ftp address and none have worked. I'm almost certain it was ftp://furwillfly@furwillfly.keenspace.com but even that isn't working.------------------

Personally, I don't think you should be using IE for your FTP, you'd be better off with the likes of <a href=http://www.smartftp.com>Smart FTP</a>, but it you've got sorted don't panic.As for Umbaglo, he's not a putz as such, he just forgot that the :p in 'username:p assword@username.keenspace.com' becomes the 'raspberry' face, unless he disables the smilies <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/biggrin.gif">------------------

What ftp program are you using?
If you've got anything other than IE or Netscape try ftp.keenspace.com for the address, with your username as your login, (and your password as your password, natch).
If you are using your browser for FTP, get something else (please), and thn try it. <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/smile.gif">------------------
