Unable to log into the WebFTP

I've spent quite a while reading the Help FAQ and the CG Wiki and I'm convinced I'm not being a spaz and am actually unable to log into my FTP. Any help would be appreciated. This is for roganddom.comicgenesis.com

Can you tell us, step by step, what it is you're currently doing?

It's possible the problem's not on your end, but it's also possible that it is, so let's take a look at your process and see if we can pinpoint it.

followed the link they gave us, which is this: http://siteadmin.comicgenesis.com:8080/ ... eb-ftp.cgi

Logged in with my comic name, Roganddom (using the capital letter, I remember getting grief about that before) and password. It stalls for quite a while, then says "502 Bad Gateway The CGI was not CGI/1.1 compliant."

I don't use the CGen FTP, but I've been using FileZilla for years and haven't had a problem with it. It's free to download and might help solve your problem. Let me know if it works! (If you don't want to use that one, there's other ones out there, just recommending that since it's what I use)
