can't log into site admin troubles

Hello i was wondering if anyone could help me out? I'm trying to take ahold of my account again so i can use it. I'm having a hard time logging in to the siteadmin butch or loggin into siteadmin using a ftp....:/ I just want to double check the host name is "comicname".comicgenesis.com? or is it "siteadmin.comicgenesis.com:8080" O_O is my user name messing it up? I'm confusing any thoughts on this?

O_O ALSO is it possible to change the url/name of your comic???
