Noob needs help (FTP) [FIXED]

I'm trying to delete the file I uploaded when I was signing up because it's way to big. I've tried to do what the tutorials say but it keeps telling me I don't have permission to delete anythings. In fact, I can't upload anything either, since I don't have permission. This is my first time using this site and I appreciate any help you can give.

It's working now, I can delete and upload files. I don't know if an admin fixed it for me or something, but if anyone did anything for me I appreciate it!
