Keenspace Ftp isn't working !

Some how the password for my ftp isn't working! I've been using the Keenspace and it's worked before I have no idea what just happened! Where do I go to retrieve that password or maybe change it?

I have a few ideas as to what the problem might be, but I'll need to know more information first. Can you explain in as much detail exactly what you did and what you're trying to do?
