Yes to that. You will need to change to a username with a capital as the first letter if you want to be able to access SiteAdmin (note that it is possible to successfully run a webcomic on CG without using SiteAdmin, but there are two or three settings you may want to change but normally only do so once, or once a year).

No, as the comic access and your forum username are two different things. You need the comic sitename and the FTP password to put files up and change your commic, you need a forum user name and password (with a capital first letter) to access site admin. Once in siteadmin you can associate the site name with your forum name so that you can update the advertisement images and the like..... This is only from reading the Wiki and reading what Dr Neo Lao has written before, as I am still pluaged with the no password issue myself and so haven't done any of the rest.

the site name is fine... it's the account that you use to talk to us on these forums... it's that one that needs to be a capital. They are two different names... Like mine, you will see that my name here is MagooChris but the site that I'm meant to be managing is ameliasamulet, do you see the difference? I'd use MagooChris to sign into the siteadmin but the ameliasamulet is the site that I regiseter within siteadmin to then be able to manage it.

Your comic is rlj.comicgenesis.com and that is fine. Your FTP access (that you will use with an FTP program like Filezilla) will be rlj.comicgenesis.com and your FTP password (once that gets set up).

Your forum account needs to start with a capital but does not have to relate to your comic account. You can have BigLoadOfSeethingFury as your forum name and it'll be okay as long as the first letter is a capital. If you keep using rlj as your forum name then your comic will not be affected and will work just fine, you just won't be able to log into SiteAdmin.

The password emails are actually all getting sent to me Matthewmfish@hotmail.com, I have no idea why. I also am having an issue where peoples comics are being directed to my comic, which I'm assuming was deleted because I accidently signed up with the Matthew Fish name (with space.) And haven't been able to log in till now to post these, I tried to email admins but they kept getting returned in regards to my inbox being flooded with about 600 plus password change requests and activations, I've been deleting all the information. Please let me know how to fix this, or how I may be of help to fix this, thanks.

IF you did get the "verify me" email, and it did work, but you still haven't seen your site come up yet, then I need these:

• Your COMIC USERNAME. Not the name of the comic! It's also known as your FTP username.
• The date you signed up.
• The date you verified.

Let me know these things here, and I will do a weekly fix-up of them.

Rarr, my site was working fine yesterday, got my comic on an update schedule and everything, but when I logged in to start working on the layout I had this issue. Gimme back my site! >:O. Lol, yea this is a bit of an issue. If anyone has any info on why this happened and what can be done to fix it...that'd be great.
