My comic is listed as 'pending for approval' which probably means I can't resubmit. Any news?

Help. I was able to get as far as the "[btanp] Your ComicGenesis account is ready" Email on feb 8th. I created a password but received no verification email. Attempt to ftp have been unsuccessful. it's not recognizing my password. I don't think it actually set, that or I'm locked out. Is this tied to same issue other newbs have been having?

Yes, this is the current issue. People go to the FTP password reset page, it says "email sent" but it never arrives in the person's email.

It is being worked on, and there are about 130 people affected by this issue. Keep an eye on this thread for updates.

I can access the site, inasmuch as I can get to a black screen under the domain name, been attempting to get the email for my password about a day now. I understand that there's quite a few people with this issue, I'm just making myself known as experiencing the problem as well.

I am able to get insofar as NinjaNezumi is logged in and they are awaiting for my site login name and password.

However, apparently none of my passwords are working for thelibrary (as I tried resetting it for a new verify email)

I know that when I change my password I get this message:

But i never get the "activation key" for any of the passwords for thelibrary.comicgenesis.com . Could this be what's preventing me from logging in?

I control all the spam filters on my bravenet email account (ninjanezumi@ninjanezumi.com), and have double checked everything, but nothing I can see is filtering anything from comic genesis. I don't think I misspelled my email because I get other emails from comic genesis (such as my forum login).
