I seem to be having identical problems. I can log in and go through the motions, but my update doesn't take effect.

We do have word that further work is being done. FTP/Siteadmin back up.

Status Update: (Speaking for just me, of course, but) I can use the new SiteAdmin, I can use FTP, and my comic and page changes updated properly this morning, the update including both this morning's comic and last Friday's comic, which hadn't updated until now. In short, all seems to be working as of this morning.
