I was having the same problem. So, if my name is capitalized now, would my password be different for any reason? Like if it was different than my FTP password?

I don't believe so. You should change your passwords anyways for good measure, but my understanding is only that your username is the only part that may undergo some changes.

I am posting here to see if it helps. I had previously used this to post in a specific comic's forum, but that has been a while ago. I wonder if it resets the count or if you haven't done it since the changes it won't let you?

No. As you can see under your username, you have (as of this post) 53 posts. So long as you have 3 or more, you should be ok. You might have been caught if you username used to be robH and has since been changed to RobH. Or, if your name was RobH but you logged in as robH or Robh then you would just need to log out, then log back in with RobH and you'll be set to go.
