Well, as long as everyone is having the same problem, I see no reason to bitch about it...
Rather instead, I'll just say "here's hoping it gets fixed soon!" stop hovering by the computer awaiting the update, and probably draw more comics so I won't get behind... again. Or venture outside, per Noise Monkey's sugestion.

Just to let you know, my comic has now updated from the automatic update scheduled for midnight EST last night. From my perspective, all is now well.

Hopefully mine will be ok by tomorow, so what can we all do to stop this from happening again? Ive learnt to stop refreshing the page or updating it.... as soon as I posted that my comic was updated. yay!

It's down to ~4000 (from >8000 earlier today), and seems to be clearing out a few hundred per hour. I don't doubt that mine would have updated by now had I not tried the manual route several times.
