Web Page Not Viewable

Post by JasonAFox »

hi i recently joined just before the change to comic genesis, i was having a lot of trouble with my site in that i couldn't access it etc. but i think i've finally got it all sorted, the only problem is i cannot view the page.

i can access ftp, i have setup my first comic and the html file is in the /public_html/d folder, i have accessed siteadmin and done a full update but yet no page is viewable, in IE it sends me to a msn search saying it can't find my page and in FF it just says the page contains no data.

my username is beachninja and the sites url is http://beachninja.keenspace.com

any help would be much appreciated thanks. :(

Do you have the following files:

In the workspace folder: indextemplate.html and dailytemplate.html

In public_html folder: index.html

Have you deleted/moved/renamed/edited any files in your account and if so, which ones?

got all those files in there, the only things i have deleted are my first entry sample comic and it's corresponding html file from the d folder, i have since replaced it with another file dated 20050801, the comic is in the public_html comics folder and the html file is in the public_html d folder

Strange... I'm at a loss. Anybody has an idea what the problem may be?

It's saying the domain name does not exist, not that a file can't be found. perhaps there's an error with your account that an Admin needs to look at?
