NewsBOX or NewsHACK?

Is it a bad thing when nothing shows up like this?

Based on whay you have there for a path, I finally got it to acknowledge my banners exist, but I'm getting the same no picture thing. And it still won't let me set up a newsbox. Maybe we need to wait for it to 'find' the pictures?

No. It just means you have to wait a few hours. Maybe a day.

Okay, so I've got my 150X300 gif made, got it uploaded, got it set as a banner, selected it on my edit comic page and clicked "Make Newsbox."

Is there any way to check that this actually "took" and my newsbox is now among those that get cycled through?

New question: I seem to remember reading that one of the criteria for having a newsbox appear in the rotation was the comic had to update within the past week. Yet I see a number of newsboxes pop up which haven't updated in some time. One, in particular, caught my attention in that it's a comic I was reading right up until it went on apparent hiatus last November (Alex & Ilia).

I've got my picture to show on the banner page, but when I got to edit my comic, at the bottom of that page, it doesn't show up. I clicked on the make Newsbox thing but still nothing. Shall I just wait a little longer...?

Sometimes it does take a while to show up.
