Password Issue

Heyo guys.

I signed up for a space for my new comic and I was going to work on the page when I found myself unable to login. The password provided did not work for me, so I reset it. Viola! I logged in, set some of my options and did a little work to the details. Then I went to login to Ftp. No go. I was tired, so I said I'll deal with it tomorrow.

Today (being that tomorrow), I go to log into the admin area. No go. It says I entered the wrong password. I try again. No go. Once more, no luck. Then I typed my passy into a notepad, assured it was correctly spelled and pasted it in. Still, no go.

So I reset my password on the form and waited for an email. I recieved none. I went and reset it again. Still no email. This was all at about 12 am today, and its now 3 pm and I still have no email and no access. Can anyone help me figure out what to do please???

The reset email can take a couple hours to get there. Be patient. Things here don't move lightning-quick, especially with the site being wonky at the moment.

I did a check status on your password, but for some reason even your site isn't showing up on check status even though it's clearly there.

If it doesn't get to you by tomorrow, post again. Things are a bit flakey with siteadmin right now.

There are those of us who are haveing the same issues, but cannot log into anything, despite all attempts. >_<

Okay. Still no email, and as of now it's been almost 24 hours exactly. My last keen account did this once. The admins had to fix it. I really wish I could remember what they said the problem was, but that was a long while back.

Yes, since my last reply we found out there was something wrong with the DB.

If it's still not fixed for you, check out the Post 13th March crash announcement at the top and let the admins know they missed out fixing your site.

Sometimes it take 2-5 days for the server to load the domain. If the site doesn't exist, then chances are the website need more time to be made.

Its been made for WEEKS. I just hadn't had a chance to start building it until recently. Trust me, its had plenty of time to resolve to the servers. :)

I know I posted this in another thread as well, but I am having the same problem. After the whole server fell down, I was able to get my status to show up as ( 18742: Username OK, found on Keenspace_Butch
Comic Data OK, registered as epidelu.keenspace.com with domain as epidelu.keenspace.com
Emails OK
Domains NOT OK, missing) however, my account is still not able to go on FTP, or the admin. It just says that the password is incorrect. I've tried using my old code to reinstate it,, but it didn't wanna work.

I requested a password late sunday afternoon, and it still has not reached me...should I attempt to request again?

Having the same problem too. But I think that's because DNS servers haven't picked it up yet. I think. Yeah... probably. I got my password three days ago.

This is more of a problem with the account than the password. Pop your name into the list on top of the forum (the Post March 13 crash thread) so the admins know it needs fixing.
