Need SmartFTP help again!!

Yes I know some of you are starting to get sick of me, but I'm still learning how to work SmartFTP so spare me the criticism okay?
So anyway, what i need help on is how to get the codes for the design templates onto the SmartFTP so it'll be on the site.I got the codes for it but I don't know where to put it so it'll show up on the site.I tried it earlier but it didn't work.So can someone help please!?!

Please keep your requests, especially if they are on the same subject, confined to one thread. Flooding Help Center with multiple requests on same topic = Bad.
