...but this is the second time Keenspace has had a major outage right after my strip has gotten some pretty good links from large sites or publicity.<P>I'm just asking if there isn't something that can be learned from this to keep it from happening again. No one needs to apologize for doing their best, I don't even need anyone to take the time to reply to this message. <P>But, from what I recall, this is the second time downtime has been caused by new equipment being installed that didn't do what was expected of it. Isn't there some way to test these things under realtime conditions before they officially go online?<P>Again, I don't mean to sound like I'm kicking anyone while they're down: I certainly don't have the knowledge to do what you're doing and I really appreciate your efforts.
