Everything seems to be running smoothly on my page, but I just noticed my logs haven't updated since Jan 22nd. I've nosed about a bit, and while I see there still seem to be server issues, this particular problem hasn't come up.

Same problem here, though I doubt if much has happened to be logged in the last while.
In an apparently unconnected issue, I don't seem to be able to force an update of more than one comic at a time.
