No Ability To Access Member Login

Post by ZOMBIE USER 8978 »

Whenever I try to log in to my account, darksneakers.keenspace.com, it says that I can't. Now I know there's been a server change, but my comic page loads fine, I just can't seem to get to change it for any new uploads.

Which server are you trying to access? Schlockadmin's all but dead at the moment, the member's page login there won't be opperational until they fix it.

Would you like to know more?

When will the member's page login be fixed? It's kinda, you know, important and stuff.

I meant as in schlockadmin.keenspace.com/username/sitemantainance.html or siteadmin.keenspace... Basically, what's the URL you're trying to use?

Rincewind; beats me. With Schlock now dead the Admin have some big tasks ahead of them, and fixing the member's pages is but one of them.

Well, I'm logging into keenspace.memberlogin.com, the normal one to go to. It takes me here: http://www.keenspace.com/cgi-bin/memberlogin, and that doesn't work.

I have no idea what the difference between Adminlogin sites are.

I'm getting 404s with either site. I can't reach my members area at all.

I don't think we can access our members pages, but if you want to FTP in you can still update your comic fine. You need a FTP program (<a href="http://www.smartftp.com">SmartFTP</a> is small, free and easy to use) and then ftp into the server that your comic's on.

I have FTP, and I uploaded my updates but it didn't update. I use FTP all the time, and have to log in to have anything actually show up.
Is this really a problem for everyone then?
Will be fixed anytime soon?

Well, it looks like the local FTP is up (I haven't tried it yet though) however the member log in still won't pop up. Hopefully that's what is being worked on next  Obviously this is a big job.
