A Humble Request for some much-needed help

Please, please please PLEASE someone help....

I've tried quite a bit to fix my site lately...it stopped updating (as in, the indextemplate.html NEVER updates) in late November (around the time of the server change), and I just expected it was a matter of time before things worked again. Nope, nope nope. And now, to make matters worse, my password is being rejected by both the regular Keen login ANd the schlockadmin login! I'm at my wits end, and I missed the prime holiday-special weeks....I have fans e-mailing me, asking where the comic is....

Please help, someone, anyone?!

You could always try going to http://schlockadmin.keenspace.com/yourcomicname/
and then when the prompt comes up, type in the info. Then the box should pop up one more time, hit cancel, and it should let you in. Then, From that page, you can change your password. I hope this helps/works! Otherwise, I know Emi from <a href="http://strangecandy.keenspace.com">Okashina Okashi</a> had the same problem, but I don't know how she fixed it. ^^;

Nope. I always try to go to schlockadmin, and it works fine for Logs and Updates (shyeah), but once I try to get in and change my data--it won't take my password no matter what I do. I like to think of myself as "not an ignorant newbie", but I'm completely drained.

--I can't get into the Tagtorial either, so I can't even cross-check my Tags to make sure something didn't get missed in the translation from old to new. Le sigh.

Have you checked the Gear front page? It has info on where to go for updating.

(as in, the indextemplate.html NEVER updates)

Often the cause of problem like this is files begining with 'index' in /webpages/.

Atrus has anupdated tagtorial on his site if you still need it.

Thanks, Seven3, especially for the link to the taglossary. Unfortunately, though, after cross-checking a few times, I've found the error to NOT be on my end. All my tags, files, and directories are right where they should be, with nothing that shouldn't be there. I guess this is just another issue with the server move. This makes me sad.
