Not Updating Pages correctly

Hello,

I do the webcomic Zos Kias. Starting last week, I tried to upload files as usual to my page. When I went to send the update through on the SiteAdmin, it sent through the August 31st page, but never did the September 1st page (according to the update). This week, I uploaded the files for 9/7 and 9/8, and had the same issue. The front page never changes from the 8/31 page. The siteadmin says the pages go through correctly, but doesn't refresh the latest update date.

However, the pages ARE up on the site, and after running the siteadmin update, are no longer in "my workspace" area, but where they belong. I have an archived page where I link to the pages for reading, and THOSE are working just fine, even for all the aforementioned pages (well, haven't been home to update the archive for 9/7 and 9/8, but 9/1 works fine, and the others were moved as it was so assuming the same).

I also decided to try uploading it through the siteadmin (I use an external FTP most of the time), to see if that would help. All I get when I try to is a 500 error.

I scoured the forums to see if there were any changes made to the RSS coding, but can't find any. I also triple-checked my own coding to make sure I didn't make any mistakes, but everything is in order.

Oh gosh, I hope you're not having the same problem as what's going on in this thread but it seems like it might be related unfortunately

You can always at least manually update the indextemplate.html file via FTP and change the URLs.

One thing you could try would be to copy your entire FTP to your local hard drive as a backup, and then kind of "reset" your page by deleting your /comics/ and /d/ folders, and then reuploading all your comics to /workspace/. Assuming the server's functioning properly, it should rebuild your archives from scratch, so maybe that would fix the issue. There's been some funky stuff going on lately, though, according to the thread VCC linked, so you might be better off with a DIY approach for the time being involving editing your /public_html/ files.

Yeah, the problem is it IS updating on some level, just not on the whole level. I may just hafta do the whole "change the img on the front manually thing" until it gets worked out anyways. I don't really have the time to do a dump/reupload of it right now.

EDIT: Okay, NOW its not updating any of the main pages, at all.

(however the pages are uploading, and anything aside from daily/indextemplate IS updating)

Well I am having the same issue.... it is uploading to the server... just not showing up on my site. Do we know how long this will take to fix? I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for an update.
