553 Can't open that file: Permission denied

What do I do? I'm following c.w.'s tutorial to html coding and on Filezilla, when I try to upload my CSS into the file marked '/workspace/webpages', it coems up with this message and won't transfer the file. Any help?!

Hi Bliss Creed,
Try these two things and see if it helps anything:
1) Rename the file, making sure it doesn't have any unusual special characters in it.
2) Right-click the /webpages/ directory and select "File permissions...." The window that comes up should list a value of "777," which means full access.
Also, are you able to upload other files to the folder?

Like, there's no health meter or points, because everything's just cool. You don't have to worry about it. And when you come to a boss at the end of a level, you just make friends with them, and then you all party together.

yeahhh, getting the same issue- but i'm trying a png... it's giving me a 550 could not change perms on webpages
