I just got a new computer and need the URL for the web-based FTP page again. I tried the search function but it didn't help.

You can grab a lot of info from the CGWiki - here's the WebFTP page from the CGWiki, and the direct link to the client is this one.

May be a good idea to bookmark the Tutorials page as well.
