FTP site, SiteADMIN, and CGWIKI not comming up

Okay I am trying to bring up the FTP site... comes up with a page cannot be displayed... tried the Site Admin... and got the same thing.
CGWIKI is also not coming up as well as page cannot be displayed..
Is there something going on with the site?

It all works for me... I don't know, do you have a firewall or something?
