Newspage with Blogger tutorial (a question)

Hi,

Not sure if this is where I should post this...


I have my news page set up following the Tutorial. The only thing I was not able to get to work is having blogger publish directly into public_html as in the tutorial (mine is set up to go into workspace.)

When I try to set up all of the file paths for public_html and I go to publish it, it will say it has published with errors, and that permission is denied to publish into public_html.

Is this still possible to do? Or is that tutorial outdated now?
If it is still possible, could someone give a rundown on what they did to get it to work?

Hmm... I'm not familiar with doing what you are after, so I don't know for sure how to do it.

I'll look into it and see if I can come up with anything. If anyone else knows, feel free to post...

Be aware that this is the old server. Posts made here after the 4th of October 2008 will not be indexed (and will most likely be deleted in another week or so).

Just a bump.

I'm gonna send the author an e-mail with my question next to see if he/she knows and I'll post it here if I get a response.

Prehaps that tutorial should be edited/updated if it doesnt work that way (unless I'm just missing an important step.)
