Killroy and Poutina

I think it's funny that you went to a New York-themed place to get a traditional Canadian food. It's like going to Boston to get pizza.

You're not Wavy Gravy

We actually have poutine in the states, the same way we have spaghetti and stroganoff. Only, here, poutine's called "What the hell is that?! TELL ME you're not eating that."

And then it went crazy after a while, and it'd just randomly inform you that the door was ajar, even when it was most obviously not.
If it really went crazy, it would be saying the door is a cat or something.

One time Kathleen and I were walking around Canada and I was like, "It must be like 80 degrees out!"

She was like "Wha?!?!?!"

Then we figured everything out and the conversation was pretty mundane* after that.

*As mundane as a conversation between us can be, anyway.

I was actually at UWSP for a semester, too! (Spring 2000). Being there only for a semester, I didn't actually get many chances to pick up The Pointer.

Ironically, it was right after I moved to the Mad City that I started reading webcomics by Point residents.

Feet can be mesured in steps, a mile is a very long distance, a gallon is what milk comes in, a pint is what those juice boxes from grade school were, and so on. But it's really a moot point since most if not all am...

Heh, speaking of voices... Anyway, yeah. Back when I spent a semester of college at UNDISCLOSED LOCATION, the guy in the dorm next to me was named Bob, and Bob was clearly pretty popular with the ladies. Coincidentally, I also discovered that my television's maximum volume was 60. BUT KRISTAN'S IN ...
