Okay, so now I've got my tags fixed, but instead of my comics showing I just see a big empty white square. How do I fix that?

I've had my comic page for a long time, and the tags have been working fine until one day I decided to change the background colour of my site. The next day when it uploaded the tags showed and my comic did not show. I don't know what got messed up.

wait a sec, what do you mean by I can't run the update? is e-mailing them the only way to update my site? because I tried that twice and nothing happened.

I've tried having my site updated, but nothing was moved to my public folder. I deleted my index page anyways, but nothing happened. why isn't keenspace updating my page?

why delete it? last time I deleted something and tried going to my site, it couldn't be found. why would I delete it? then it wouldn't be there...

I've re-uploaded my comic and html everysingle day for the last month, and where my comic should be it still says ***todays_comics*** and in my advertisement spot it says ***advertisement***. did I type something wrong, or is my comic nod loading right? did I put the wrong date?

and deleting the index.html from my workspace will magically make my comic appear?

I changed my password, and my connection is still refused.

I tried using smartftp, and every time I try to cennect, my connection is refused, and then closed. why is keenspace refusing my connection?

I can't get into my ftp using Internet Explorer 5 and Aol 5, and every time I try It says the server cannot be found and the page cannot be displayed.
