Not sure why, but the link Kan Kong typed in ends up showing up like this <A HREF="http://"http://kankong.keenspace.com"" etc. I recommend to Kan Kong that he use UBB standard operating procedure, instead (which for anyone who doesn't already know, is, I believe, explained in the link "UBB Code in O...

Kan Kong- are you including an " in the UBB url = ? If so, that's the problem. Unlike standard html, ubb's url tag doesn't want a " - it hates it. I'm just making a guess that <A HREF="http://kankong.keenspace.com" TARGET=_blank>this</A> would work. (Edit: and it does. I think that's the problem: <I...

Well, I looked at the html source. The file has the name 20001203 a.jpg I can't help but wonder if that's a space or a special character before the a, and if that's what's giving some browsers (not, apparently, my copy of iCab) fits. (This was the case when I first went to look at the comic at 6 pm ...

(Random comment alert) I keep meaning to get down to Binghamton sometime, for quite a number of reasons, now that you mention it. Of course, at the moment it looks like Ithaca is going to be Ithaca the Snowcity, but that happens from time to time, and one adjusts (in my case, with severe grumbles; I...

The vote count explicitly says, "votes this month."
It is now December.

Not if she thinks, say, that Martin's responsible for saving her life, it won't be <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/wink.gif"> . Situations play out in unpredictable ways, and Cotton may just have a role in saving her life rather than being the only player in it. IMHO. Looking forward to fi...

Hrm- GPF, anyhow, over in Keenspot, uses that box for a Story Index and Sunday Index as well as year 1, year 2, etc.; archive-related, but not archives exactly. Lost & Found Investigations has a Case History entry as well as more typical ones. I'll grant though that most comics I've seen (not all th...

Same dropdown as "Joachim's Tragic Past" etc. A number of comics Keenspace & Keenspot, I believe, use that dropdown not just for storyline divisions but for special areas as well. (Hrm- the one example I could think of uses it for storyline divisions and the main archive page. Well, that's something...

That's one thing I do love about comics (and a pity so few cartoonists seem to know it, but it's good the list expands <IMG SRC="http://www.keenspace.com/forums/wink.gif"> )- so much can be conveyed in a look, a pose- the plot and the drawing can interact so well.
