Re: Silly question....

For the record Lewis, which of the comics I mentioned above have a simple drawing style?

Re: Silly question....

If I'm ever a webcomic artist, maybe I'll understand, but it seems like most of the really famous comics, (i.e. Penny Arcade, Megatokyo, Applegeeks, VG cats, Perry Bible Fellowship, ect) operate without buffers at all. If they can get along with out them, why is it so important that you folks have t...

Re: So, to conclude...

I believe I asked you once, Lewis, if you felt you could make each of these villains round and well fleshed out within three issues. Now that you have completed the issues, do you feel you were successful? You have some wonderful story that you've detailed in response to sun tzu. In the future I'd l...

Re: Who.

I suppose it's not that different. Save for the fact that Lightbringer kicked the utter crap out of one of them while barely taking a scratch, while the other one practically killed him-twice. I'd have a hard time seeing Lighbringer scared to see the Gentleman again, seems like he'd rather reply wit...

Did you? I'm not actually sure you did. Or at least if you did, then I don't remember it. Oh well. I suppose I'm not quite as smart as I thought I was...

Re: Who.

Let's see

Someone who hates the lightbringer, likes to be in darkness and has the magic to summon flaming elementals, not to mention that he apparently wears black.

I've got my guess...

Re: "No!"

I'd have to agree. Theres no way Lightbringer could do the more intricate things he does with light if it's dependent on gravity anyway (especially without having an expert-level understanding of human biology, chemistry, and nerve endings in particular.) Not that I mind it all that much, it's just ...

Re: "No!"

So Lightbringer can create fully formed human hands out of light for brief periods of time now, eh? You do realize you can't use physics to justify gravitational manipulation of photons to operate in the exact same way as very complex and specialized matter without an enormous suspension of belief, ...

Re: "No!"

It's been far too long since I've posted. Lewis, as with any A priori argument, I think your concepts would be far stronger with example. The Gentleman's powers were a fraction of light bringer's powers, the slavers had no power at all, and the dark bringer was beaten by (an admittedly bad ass) use ...

Geek is a word without much real meaning. What I really admire in your work is your creativity and your ability to connect Lightbringer to outside sources in clever and interesting ways.
In short, I respect you because you're intelligent and thought provoking.

I've had some problems with my guest story, working on length and spacing issues among other things. The story I'm drawing right now is actually the third that I've tried to run. (I've had to abandon the other two for story issues.)

In the meantime, I'll have something up for you soon!

By the way Vinnie D,

Your closing strip has to be one of the funniest things I've seen on this site to date. I'll check out antibunny rather soon.

sounds good. As you might have guessed, I dropped my previous story idea for one that fits in your universe a bit better. You'll see it soon enough. For the record, a small strip buffer is never a bad thing. All of the big name strips, such as Penny Arcade, Megatokyo and Applegeeks work without buff...

A few more questions, while I'm at it.

When does Carter Sleep? For How long?

Carter lives in an apartment, correct?
