Well, as an artwork i must say you're getting better ^^ the colouring is nice, the lineart is pretty darn good! Shading and highlights are always good imo, but they arnt needed as much here (it looks fine as is for a headshot :) ) As an avatar, i dno ... i dont think of Lacre when i think of doink ....

Heh, well i have to admit i wasnt thinking of it like that, but i imagine that it would have the same effect (if not a more pronounced one due to the coldness of the air)
