Your explanation does, but the existence of such a feature doesn't, at least not for me.

A computer "wants something" every time something hosted on your site is shown ANYWHERE, ANY way.

"requests a banner" is a fancy way for saying "they saw your comic banner in your signature on these forums"

Anyway what'd I do wrong? Used <div> :P Easy way to put links to the left of your comic? Use tables  <table> <tr> <td> *links* </td> <td> *comic* </td> </tr> </table> [/code You can add border=0 bordercolor=color bgcolor=color to the <table> tag to control the table border SIZE, border COLOR,...

It sounds like you want a little intro page before people actually get to see the current comic. There's no easy way to do that (easy meaning built into keenspace), but here's what I'd do. I'd make the intro page, then copy-and-paste the code for that above everything in indextemplate.html (exept re...

[redundant blather] A visit is one of the few words (grumble) on the webalizer you can interpret literally. Each visit is someone who visited your site. Someone could come back more than half an hour later, and they'd have "visited" twice and would count as two. [/R.B.] [extra redundant blather] Sit...

Feh. You're getting it. We all have lives (well, most of us); very few can comic full-time.

I for one, will still be a reader, regardless of what happens in the short-term, because I know you make stuff I like.

I would have to say it's 'cause you're using <div>, and not tables :P On a more serious note, it could be because the images on that page are pushing it over, so it skips below the white content area; the page on which it "works" has content that isn't near as wide. I don't really know though... Tab...

Mmkay. *reads archives* I like it... but... the... *progression* of the story seems a bit... hard to follow at times. As if I'm looking at, in the frames, moments of the characters lives that dont' *quite* happen right after each other; it's as if there are a few frames missing in the action of each...

Incidentally, the reason for this is that you are scanning your images in at a resolution much higher than your computer screen (your computer displays at 72 dpi). If you lower your scan resolution, this problem can be avoided altogether. However, you'll probably find that you get better-quality ima...

webcomics really should have some kind of entry test :P That's the beauty of webcomics, that there ISN'T an entry test. Paper is expensive, and anyone who wants to make it as a comic artist pre-internet has to invest a significant amount of money, or be really good and get syndicated or at least hi...

Fact: ***include /path/filename.txt*** can be used multiple times on one page. What you'd want to do is place ***include /workspace/webpages/filename.txt*** wherever you wanted your text file to show in "indextemplate.html," then make a filename.txt file and put it in /workspace/webpages,then run a ...
